Admissions Process :

Please note that all particulars listed on your Child’s Date of Birth Certificate should be the same as on the Child’s Aadhaar Card. Parents’ Names and Child’s name and Date of Birth should be the same as per the relevant Govt. issued Proof of Identity and Proof of Address such as (Aadhar Card, Election Card and Passport)

List of documents required to be uploaded along with the Registration  Form for NURSERY

DOB Certificate issued by Municipal corporation. In case of areas beyond municipal limits, DOB issued by concerned Police Station.

Immunization Card

Both Parents individual passport size photographs.

Child’s passport size photograph.

In case of sibling in the same branch, keep the student id of your ward ready.

Blood group of your child.
