The Aditya Birla Public School, Kovaya a premier English Medium school set up under the aegis of Aditya Birla Education Trust, UltraTech Cement Ltd, GCW is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi up to Senior Secondary classes for Science and Commerce streams. It is a co-educational school catering to the needs of the children of Company employees. The school has also opened gates to those residing in and around Amreli district to serve the educational needs of the people in such a far-flung remote area of the state.The school started its functioning on 26th June,1995 with 96 Students and a team of 8 Teachers and was recognized as L&T D.A.V. Public School, Gujarat Cement Works, Kovaya, Dist. Amreli, Gujarat and owed its existence to the collaboration between D.A.V. Managing Committee, New Delhi and L&T Cement Limited. Consequent upon the demerger of L&T Cement Limited to UltraTech Cement Limited of Aditya Birla Group, the School has made its remarkable beginning on 1st April, 2006 with its new name “THE ADITYA BIRLA PUBLIC SCHOOL” located at UltraTech Cement Limited, Gujarat Cement Works Township, Kovaya, Taluka-Rajula, District-Amreli, Gujarat-365541 around 170 km from Bhavnagar and 350 km from Ahmedabad.
