DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

Class PP I to Class I

• A Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate issued by an authorized body (Municipal Corporation/Nagar Panchayat/Gram Panchayat/Sarpanch/Registrar of Births & Deaths)
• One recent Passport Size Photograph
• Statutory Caste Certificate of the Parents for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC Category.

Class II to Class IX

• A Xerox Copy of the Mark-Sheet of the Previous Exam passed
• School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate duly authenticated by the Concerned Board Official.[District Education Officer for State Board Students, Section Officer (Exams) C.B.S.E. for C.B.S.E. Students].
• Statutory Caste Certificate of the Parents for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC Category.
• After Scrutiny of the Mandatory Documents, Admission Form will be issued to the Parent. Parents must fill up the form carefully as per the instructions provided, affix one passport size photograph on the admission form and attach all the Documents in the designated Counter along with the Admission Fees and collect the receipt.
