Cricket in India is a belief which is followed remarkably. From the gully crickets to the world cups we all enjoy every form of the game with all our hearts. Childhood is the best playing time when we are worry-free and learn any form of art from the bottom.
Cricket was developed in England as a game of bat and ball to be played by two teams comprising of 11 players each. The ground is about 22 yards of space with a pitch in the middle where all the bowling and batting takes place. Shiksha Valley School hosts a large cricket ground for the spirit of cricket game and connects the students to the game. Interested students are being provided coaching for the sport and given exclusive lessons for fine learning to an official school cricket team to compete against other schools and participate in tournaments. The school ensures that the students are given in-depth training to learn Cricket effectively.
Swimming is a life saving skill which is important for each one of us to learn. School is the best time of life to learn the skills which keep us safe at all times. Shiksha Valley School recognizes the importance of swimming and thus has beautiful swimming pools are fully ready to use. We have three swimming pools for our students of differnet age groups. The sailent features of the pools are as follows:-
1. Toddlers Pool with a depth of 1.5 feet for Nursery and Kindergarten Students.
2. Junior Pool with size 46 feet in length and 22 feet in width and depth of 2.5 feet for students of Class I to IV.
3. Senior Pool size 82 feet in length and 52 feet in width with a shallow side depth of 4 feet and deeper side depth of 7 feet for students of Class V onwards. Senior pool has 6 lanes and also 6 starting blocks.
Diving into the water one realizes how important it is not to sink, and that is exactly when learning the art of swimming comes to help you learn how to float. The instructors at the Shiksha Valley School help students fight with the fear of water and learn to float on water so that when there arises any emergency situation in life the students are able to help themselves and others.
