Rules & Regulation :

a) Pupils are admitted to the school, without discrimination, from all strata and background of the society.

b) Applications for admission are to be made in the prescribed Admission Form which will not subsequently be altered.

c) At the time of admission, the date of birth of the pupil must be attested from an original birth certificate.

ADMISSION FORMS are available generally from middle of November to the middle of December. The complete application form with attested copies of documents and birth certificates should be submitted to the Receiving Counter of the Institute. An Admit Card is issued to the candidates. At the time of Admission it must be ensured that the name, surname, date of birth etc. have been written properly. Once these are recorded in the Admission Register they cannot be changed under any circumstance.

Selection Procedure A candidate may have to appear for a Test (Written/Interview/Interactive) which includes :

a) Knowledge of English Language b) Knowledge of Basic Mathematics c) General Knowledge

N.B.- For admission to Gairik (Nursery and KG), no such test is conducted.

Age Limit: A child seeking admission

For Nursery: the required age is 3+ years

For KG: 4+ years

For Std I: 5+ years.

Timings of the School :

Nur. & K.G. and Std. I & Std. II : 07.30 a.m. to 11.35 a.m.

Std. III - X : 07.30 a.m. to 01.35 p.m.

Meeting / Visiting Hour with the Principal: 11.35 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
