Aims And Objective

The aim of Montfort school, Agartala is to form students into integrated human beings whose intellectual, emotional, moral and physical well-being will enable them to face the challenges of tomorrow, all the while being firmly rooted in our culture and Love for our country, faith in God and love for mankind as exemplified in the life and teaching of spiritual aesthetics.

The education imparted is characterized by thoroughness, high principles and freedom which help the students to grow and become self-reliant according to each one’s potential is of paramount importance.

The aim of the institution is to impart sound value based education by forming habits of virtue, discipline and autonomy in the students during the years of their studies, thus enabling them to be a dutiful sons and daughters and citizens of the motherland India.

Students must attend classes of value education, which deal with moral principles, values and rules of conduct. A student must learn and integrate into his/her life virtues such as honesty, sincerity, piety, compassion, generosity, love for nature and self reliance.

Mission

Montfort School aims at translating the vision through the care, love and freedom bestowed on every student. The institution teaches the students to share this experience through education in the school as responsible individuals and citizens of India and the world.

The Montfortian mission is to help the young develop into upright, creative and loyal citizens imbued with love and concern for others, spiritual sensitivity and a sense of personal freedom, liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship, equality of status and of opportunity and fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual and the personality. Each individual will earn a living and contribute to the economic, social, political and cultural progress of the nation.
