Co-curricular Activities (CCA) ensures the harmonious growth of personality in children. CCA are an extension of the formal learning experiences and play a vital role in supplementing the academic activities. They develop interest and help to improve language skill, Communicative skill, Histrionic skill and the artistic skill of the child. CCA also help to improve analytical thrust for knowledge competitive spirit, value orientation, leadership teamwork and various other facets of life. To inculcate all the said qualities, quiz, recitation, extempore speech, elocution, debate, mono act, fancy dress, competitions are conducted in JNVs as per a well planned CCA calendar throughout the academic year. Co-curricular Activities are organized frequently through Inter-House Competitions at senior and junior level with a view to make the students achieve competence and self-confidence. Co-curricular Activities cover all the areas which ensure development of holistic personality and every JNV is providing ample opportunities to the students to develop their inborn talents and abilities through CCA. In addition to this, various clubs like Eco, Literary, Cultural, Arts, Music, Readers, Health And wellness and Hindi club in the Vidyalaya also conduct numerous events to enrich the students in their particular field. Further, Navodaya family under one roof promotes national integration policy, celebrates regional, religious and national festivals much to the unique principle and feeling of oneness.
Sports And Games Physical education, undoubtedly unavoidable programme to promote physical and mental well-being of the children. It is designed to serve individual interests in different competitive events and recreational activities.The selected students of this Vidyalaya go for participation in NVS Cluster, Regional and National Levels to compete in various sports and games events.This Vidyalaya, over the years witnessed a number of activities right from Vidyalaya level sports to National Level Cricket. It too organised Cluster, Regional and National coaching camps for Football and cluster level selection for Basketball.

All-round development means mental, physical, psychological, spiritual and vocational development. We cannot achieve this all-round development by following mere class room teaching-learning procedures. Here the relevance of Club Activities becomes prominent. It is one of the co-curricular activities that are gaining much importance these days. These activities are mostly voluntary for students. Every student of the JNV is to be a member of at least one club.All the in-charge teachers and associated teachers are to sit together with all the club members for planning their activities on the first club activity day of the year. Principal and the concerned teachers to ensure that all the children are involved in the club activities and each club should emerge as a resource centre. Every JNV will properly plan, prepare and implement the club activities for the academic year 2018-19 to achieve the intended objectives of the clubs whose suggested activities are given below:
