The Teachers follow a Planned, Holistic and Vibrant curriculum revolving around Strong conceptual approach in Reading Skills, Writing Skills, and Mathematics, Which encompasses interdisciplinary learning, Subject Enrichment Activities, PBL- Project Based Learning and Diagnostic Assessment.

Our Dynamic teaching model is based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and KACT model to focus on Acquiring knowledge, Analysing concepts, Communication and Self-Expression, Critical thinking and Application of learning in Real life situations. Besides, children acquire adequate knowledge and skills in other core areas like Health and Physical Education, Life Skills, Values Education, Art Education, Work Education and other Co-Scholastic areas.

School Clubs

To give students an opportunity to showcase and hone their talents and also prepare them for intra school competitions, various club activities are conducted through the year. Club activities not only help students shape their personal interests and hobbies but also improve their leadership and social skills. Career Academy offers NINE clubs and students of Grades VI to X can choose the club depending on his/her interest. The President, Vice President and Secretary for each club is interviewed and selected by the Principal and teachers. The selected students plan the activities for the year. Students share their ideas and enjoy learning from each other during club periods. Teachers are there to guide them at every step. Experts are also invited to share their ideas with the students.

Clubs help students in improving personality, problem solving skills, Enhancing communication skills, Contributing to society, making life –long friends, developing organising and collaboration skills, learning new skills and getting hands- on experience which will help them greatly in their future Careers.

At the end of the year, each club puts up a stall in the Annual School Exhibition and Fete.
