Facilities

TRANSPORT

The school provides excellent transport facility to the students at reasonable charges. There are seventeen buses which connect the school to the different areas of the city. The buses are well maintained by expert drivers and staff. We are happy to state that good number of students avail this facility.

CANTEEN

School canteen serves the students with clean, hygienic and fresh food items, snacks, cool and hot drinks at reasonable rate. The canteen caters to the school staff as well. Mr. Dominic runs this canteen on the basis of yearly renewable contract. The students are permitted to avail the canteen during interval time only. The things sold in the school canteen are regularly checked by the school authority. The students are discouraged to buy from the unauthorized shops outside the school premises.

LIBRARY

The school has two libraries one for the students of fourth to tenth classes and one for Higher Secondary Students equipped with dictionaries, encyclopedias, good and enriching books, journals, magazines, etc. The students can easily refer their subject related matters. Students are motivated to cultivate and develop their reading habit. The librarians help the students in developing the reading and writing skills.

LABORATORY

There are 3 well equipped labs of Physics, Chemistry and Biology for the science department and one big lab for computer science. Lab Assistants are employed specifically to maintain the labs. The lab assistants help the teachers and the students during practical classes. There are also 3 language rooms, a Demo Hall and a Media Hall wherein the students are taught and assisted to practice what they learn. The students are provided with chances to participate in seminars, competitions, interactive and input sessions.

OTHER FACILITIES

The school has the facilities of auditorium, staff rooms, exam office, generator, dressing room, staff rooms, basketball court, volley ball court, indoor games’ venue, foot ball ground, sports room, kids’ play ground, stationery and proper toilets. The pre-primary students are provided with LCD TVs in their class rooms for Audio-Visual Learning. They are also provided with all necessary play materials to facilitate their learning process.
