CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

There are various committees ( Cultural, Literary, Environment & Science, Assembly, Discipline, Cleanliness and Decoration committees & Maths, Computer, Outreach & Wall Magazine Clubs) are formed to look after the co-curricular activities throughout the academic year. There are some regular co-curricular programs like annual summer camps, education excursions, picnics, bal mela, science exhibitions, etc. Thus both the curricular and extra-curricular activities help the holistic growth of our students.

SPORTS

Keeping mind that Games and sports are very much a part of sound education and holistic growth, the students are encouraged to take part in games during and outside school hours. Participation of the students in games is compulsory. Exemption will be granted on the written request from the parents on genuine grounds only. The students are grouped into four houses of Milton, Shakespeare, Keats and Wordsworth. Inter and Intra House Matches, races and competitions are conducted for the students. Sports Committee looks after the sports activities both inside and outside the school. The school teams of different games regularly participate in the district and state level tournaments under the coaching and guidance of Physical Education Teachers.

COMMITTEES AND CLUBS

There are various 9 committees and 5 clubs are formed to look after the co-curricular activities throughout the academic year. The committees and clubs are responsible for conducting annual activities pertaining to their field. They conduct speech, essay writing, drawing, skit, singing competitions. They also facilitate the students to display their talents on public platforms.
