6. Original Birth Certificate or Attested photocopy

7. Residence Proof of Chandigarh for at least 3 years preceding 1st of April of the Academic year

in which admission is sought. (Voter I-Card, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Gas Connection, valid

Driving License/Passport etc.)

8. Recent passport size photograph (Qty-6)

Class – Nursery

1. Original Birth Certificate or Attested photocopy only for Nursery to Class I.

2. Residence Proof.

3. Proof for Sibling (If applicable)

4. Proof for Teachers Child (If applicable)

5. Proof for Alumni (If applicable)

6. Passport Size Photograph – (6)

Classes – LKG to VIII

1. Original Birth Certificate or Attested photocopy only for LKG to Class I.

2. Attested copy of the Detailed Marks Sheet of previous class from the School.

3. School Leaving Certificate (Original) counter signed by the District Education officer/ Regional

officer CBSE/ICSE.

4. Residence Proof.

Classes – IX, X, & XII

1. Residence Proof.

6. School Leaving Certificate (Original) countersigned by the District Education officer/ Regional

officer CBSE/ICSE.

7. CBSE Registration Card of class IX/XI if admission is being sought to class X/XII.

8. Affidavit for shifting of Residence or transfer order. (Sample available for admission to class X

& XI) along with proof.
