We believe that a ‘Sound mind resides in a healthy body’. At Millennium, Academic learning and sports education complement each other as sports teaches the child, life-skills like teamwork, sportsmanship, esprit de corps and the critical skill of balancing both success and failure positively.
Millennium believes that physical education not only helps enhance overall health and motor skills but also helps and sharpens students learning ability. Respect, sportsmanship and fair-play are the foundation of our physical education programme. At Millennium Group of Schools, these skills are being inculcated through sports like cricket, football, basketball, badminton, table-tennis, volleyball, chess, and athletics. Swimming, shooting, lawn tennis, hockey, gymnastics and horse-riding facilities are also available in most of our schools.

Comprehensive arts education introduces students to a culturally rich world. A visual arts curriculum provides opportunities for students to explore, express and experiment with ideas through drawing, paint, music, dance, storytelling, creative writing. The creative skills building children develop through the arts instills in them habits that they will carry them forward towards new ideas, new experiences, and challenges as well as will be personally rewarding. Every child is born with a creative potential and that needs to be nurtured and stimulated. Arts should be a dynamic channel to foster a child’s creativity.
Theatre is a performing art which involves an element of drama and a compelling story. Art is not a mere form of entertainment but based on truth. It involves extensive research, playwriting, direction, design and inculcates certain life skills that are crucial in the real world. Play also teaches students to work together in a team, where they appreciate team member’s unique strengths and also encourage them to think beyond the ordinary. Theatre teaches dedication and the art of perseverance. Virtues like accountability, dependability, and multi-tasking are learned. There is something vulnerable about performing on a stage and theatre humbles and builds up a sense of self-growth, an ability to accept judgment gracefully.
Stemming from the strong belief that the purpose of education is to prepare children for life and equip them with attitude and skills to be in perfect rhythm with nature and society, Millennium Group of Schools offer a plethora of opportunities and exposure to students to explore their surroundings and beyond.
All students of the Millennium family are encouraged to participate in events, excursions, and exchanges within the country and abroad. These programmes help in enriching a student’s mind, widen their perspective, acquire social skills, adaptability, leadership, and self-reliance. Students are exposed to the diversity that prevails in our country as well as oversees. Field Trips, Expeditions, and Student Exchange programs are encouraged to help students experience a wide range of cultural, educational and linguistic diversities besides imbibing life skills and universal values that root them to the ground. Hospitality and valuing each other and their culture is effectively and naturally imbibed in each child through these excursions.
Our Vision: Millennium family is committed to nurture the inherent potential and talent of each child, creating lifelong learners who will be the leaders of tomorrow. With parents as our partners, we aspire to create global citizens who are innovative and have a strong sense of values.”
