INSPIRATION BEHIND THE NAME OF SCHOOL

‘SHRI HEMKUND SAHIB’: This picturesque place is situated in the hill region or Garwal in Uttaranchal and is a place of pilgrimage and is surrounded by seven beautiful attractive snow-covered peaks, one gets impressions that seven sages are on meditation.This place is located close to die famous pilgrimages center of Badrinath. The heights of these snow-covered peaks are 28,000 feet above the sea level, in the vicinity of these snow-covered peaks is situated the beautiful, holy Gurudwara which has been named as “Shri Hemkund Sahib”. Our school name is a synonym of this holy place.The large extent of this area is covered by snow. In the summer months devotees and pilgrims from all over the country visit the holy Hemkund Sahib and the world-famous Badrinath. A visit to these places considered to be an act or great accomplishment in one’s life. Guruji has particularly inspired us and taught us to fight the evil forces and if need be ready to sacrifice our lives for the accomplishment of noble causes. He applied the very teaching or his, in his own life and has shown us the true path to live a life of courage, sacrifice and asceticism.This institute of ours has been established with a view to providing education to the children of Rae Bareli and also the deprived children hailing from the surrounding villages.
