Admission Process 2021-22 - IMPORTANT DATES

• Jr. KG & Grade 1 (limited seats) - 23rd Nov. 2020 onward

• Grade 5 to 9 - 1st December 2020 onward

• Grade 11 (Science & Commerce) - 14th December 2020 onward

There are no vacancies in other grades (Grade 2 to 4 and 9) as of now. The school will process few admissions these classes and successful students will be kept in waiting. They will be given confirmation subject to future vacancy.

WE DO NOT TAKE NEW ADMISSIONS IN GRADE 10 AND 12.

Admissions for the academic year 2021-22 will processed be online as of now. Parents are required to fill-up the following form. The school will contact them on the same or next day for further process.

Parents are required to send scanned copies of the Admission Form (link given below), along with the documents listed herein on admin@sgvp.org. Once we go through the documents, an online interaction with the child & parents will be arranged. For admissions in grade V onward, there will be an online assessment for three subjects - English, Maths & Science, prior to having the interactions. These interactions, prior to confirming the admission, are very important. They help satisfy your queries related to activities, syllabus, school timings, subject choices, etc. It also enables the parents to understand the school in a better way while we can confirm the details provided in the Application Form.

Documents to be submitted along with Admission Form:

1. Photocopy of academic reports of last two years - For grade 1 onward

2. Photocopy of child's birth certificate (Notarized copy if the certificate is not in English)

3. 2 latest passport-size photographs of the student

4. 1 passport-size photograph of the father & mother each (to be pasted on the form)

5. Photo ID and residence proof of Father / Guardian & Mother - Photocopy

6. PAN card of both the parents - Photocopy

7. Aadhar Card of the child - Photocopy

8. Hall Ticket / Admit Card (only for students seeking admission in 11th)

Admission Form with incomplete documents will be REJECTED.

For admission in hostel:

• Hostel facility is available from grade 6 onwards and it is optional. Getting admission in school does not guarantee an admission in the hostel.

• A letter of recommendation is required from a person of good reputation or from an SGVP parent. (Reference will be verified)

• Personal interaction will be held with the child and parents for admission consideration in hostel. (Interaction will be possible only between 9:00 AM to 12 noon.)

• Pocket Money account is maintained for every child in the hostel for books, uniforms, sports equipment, laundry, and other expenses not covered in the school fees.
