S.P.Mandali Pune started an English Medium School at Parshuram, the holy abode of Lord Parshuram in 1984. The offices of various industries in Lote MIDC, which was started around 1980, faced the lack of facility of an English Medium School for their children. The officials of Nocil company, therefore, approached S.P.Mandali Pune with a request to start a school at Parshuram. In response to this request and with inspiration from Shree. Arvind Bhai Mafatlal, with patriarch and chairman of Mafatlal Group.   S.P.Mandali started an English Medium School from the Jr.K.G to std 4th on the land donated by the late R.S.Joshi in 1984. With a view to providing the state of the art infrastructural facilities for various educational activities, S.P.Mandali embarked on a milestone project of building a new school building and its Bhoomi Pujan ceremony was performed at the hands of Shree. Kakasaheb Devkar, a well known industrialist in Chiplun, in 2000. In accordance with the spirit of the motto of S.P.Mandali – “ हाती घ्याल ते तडीस न्या” (complete any task that you embark on), the new school building is now standing in full splendor of reality. This new school building houses a hall measuring 8000 sq.ft. in area for indoor games like table tennis and badminton and a gymnasium and adjacent to it, an open amphitheater was built. The first floor of this new school building houses the state of art, a auditorium. This auditorium was inaugurated by the former Chief Justice of India, Shree Yashwantraoji Chandrachud on November 6, 2004. The other floors of this new school building house well-equipped library, computer lab and a separate lab for every subject.
