Library

Gymnasium

A Multi Gym with the latest equipments like Treadmill, Elliatical Cross Trainer, Upright Bike, Ace Rebounder, Upperbody Ergometer and a trained specialist help the students to shed excess weight and keep physically fit to face all the challenges that they come across everybody.

Swimming

Swimming helps cardiovascular system and keeps students fit and healthy. When they make use of strong muscles in their body - their legs are kicking , their arms are moving to propel them forward, their torso has to streamline itself in the water. Notice swimmers all have lean bodies. And swimming is a great sport - they don’t sweat in the hot sun because they’re in the water all the time, and it’s so refreshing and enjoyable.
