RAJBALA SPRING DALE ACADEMY (RBSDA) was founded by Mrs. Raj Bala Nagar in July 1988, a Lecturer in English, having a Covent Education Schooling in reputed Schools like Convent Of Jesus and Mary, Mussoorie, St. Joseph's Academy, Dehradun and Sophia Girl's School, Saharanpur stepped up in adding a feather to the cap of Education in SIKANDRABAD. Her aim was to impart value-based education to the students of this small town with a rural surroundings. Thus, "RB Spring Dale Academy" came into existence on 7th July, 1988, with a Batch of 100 Students from Nursery to Class-I.

In March 1990, Major Deshraj Singh, the then President of The School took up the Institution under his care and by dint of his hard work and devotion, the School flourished steadily and took up the shape of being the town's First English Medium High School, affiliated to the C.B.S.E., New Delhi in April, 1995. Raj Bala Springdale Academy has been founded to impart value-based education to the students of India particularly Western U.P. 'SERVICE TO HUMANITY' is a moral and scared duty of a responsible citizen and of a true human being. Providing Education is the fulfillment of one such duty and all other materialistic achievement only comfort the body, Education comfort the mind and develops a healthy understanding which not only builds a good world but also leaves behind great civilizations. Where and whenever education declines the greatest civilizations come to an end.
