In order to supplement the academic efforts by the CBSE for the promotion of physical education and sports, Radhakrishna Academy, Ballia has introduced Physical Education and sports as an academics subject of examination with appropriate facilities and evaluation procedure in all class. Sports activities are an integral part of our education system. A school is not supposed to impart only bookish knowledge but also give due importance to physical and creative activities. These activities get a new meaning and import when the students are encouraged to display their sports potential in various sports competitions. R.K. The school has a well-established music department which has various types of musical instruments. Students are taught in a free environment. Special teachers are invited to demonstrate the playing of different instruments. At least one period to every section of each class is provided per week. The department plays a very important role in providing updated knowledge to the students and in preparing various cultural programs.
