ONLINE PROCESS

1. Complete the online application form.

2. Please ensure that the following documents are uploaded while filling the online application form :

      1. Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (if applicable).
      2. School leaving certificate (can be submitted later if not currently available).
      3. UDISE Number (Unified District information System for Education) from current school.
      4. Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Card.
      5. Photocopy of Address proof and Parent's Pan Card.
      6. Passport size photograph of the student.

3. After submitting the online application form, if there are seats available in the standard that you have applied in, an email with a payment link for the first term fees will be sent to you. Parents are requested to make the necessary payment online.

VISITING THE SCHOOL

1. Complete the online application form.

2. Please submit the printed application form along with the following documents at the School Office:

      1. Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhaar Card (if applicable).
      2. School leaving certificate (can be submitted later if not currently available).
      3. UDISE Number (Unified District information System for Education) from current school.
      4. Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Card.
      5. Photocopy of Address proof and Parent's Pan Card (original to be carried for verification).
      6. 3 passport-size photographs of the student

3. Please submit a Cheque with the first term fees to the School Office. All payments at the School are to be made by Cheque. Please mention the name of your ward and contact number on the rear side of the Cheque. Fees once paid will be strictly non-refundable.

 

Admissions are on a first come first serve basis and seats are limited. Admissions will only be confirmed once the necessary documents and the first term fees payment is made. Fees once paid will be strictly non-refundable.

What is the admission process?

Parents to come to the admission office and collect a registration kit for Jumbo Kids or an application form for Std 1 onwards. A completed form along with the cheque for 1st term fees is to be returned by the parents to the school office. The student will only be considered a confirmed admission once the first term fees are paid by the student.

The application form and brochure for admissions in Podar International School (Std 1 onwards) is free. The Jumbo Kids registration kit is on a chargeable basis.

No written test is conducted at Podar School. Admissions are taken on a first come, first serve basis. In fact, any sort of entrance test is illegal as per law.
