Please submit the printed application form along with following documents at the School Office:

One passport size photograph of the student, father & mother or legal guardian.

A parent attested copy of Birth Certificate.

Photocopy of the previous and current class Report Card – if applicable.

Original Transfer Certificate – If applicable.

A parent attested copy of Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Minority) – If applicable.

Please submit a Cheque with the enrolment fee and first instalment payment to the School Office. All payments at the School are to be made by Cheque. Please mention the name of your ward, and contact number on the rear side of the Cheque.
