Staff Room

The staff of Navjeevan English School is facilitated with well equipped staff rooms where all information about the proceedings of the day is put upon the notice board. The staff room is a place where all sorts of post teaching work goes on. Medical Facility The school houses a well-equipped medical room accessible during school hours. School has a tie up with the skilled professionals to attend all emergencies with utmost care and attention. A part - time staff is present in school keeping in readiness, emergency medicines and medical apparatus.

Computer Lab

The school has a well-equipped and well-maintained computer section with 20 computers on the network. Every effort is being made to utilize the available facilities and develop computer awareness in each and every student. Computer learning has been recognized as an essential and useful tool of modern learning. Computer Science is compulsory from Class 1 to Class VIII. The child computer ratio is 1:20. A well-equipped computer lab. equipped with the latest hardware and software is well utilized by all. Computer concepts, programming languages like LOGO, BASIC, C++, utility packages in Word Processing, Spread Sheet and Data Base in Windows environment and using multimedia and internet, form a part of the curriculum under the supervision of competent computer instructors.

Library

Sir Francis Bacon rightly said, “Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested” The Library being a part of the curriculum, the library of IPS has become an important tool in the propagation of academic advancement. Our librarians and teachers encourage the children to choose books according to their taste. What cannot be completed in school can be ‘chewed and digested’ at home. We find that our children are improving not only in the subject matter chosen for reading, but also in language- expression, vocabulary and fluency.

Language Lab

An important part of learning any language is to sharpen the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. It is for this specific purpose that the Language Lab is provided to the children where the various skills can be honed by using the devices effectively.

Math Lab

To enrich the teaching Mathematics at the school level, the math lab has been set up. The "learning by discovery" approach is practiced here and students are made to work on projects and activities, which highlight the relevance of mathematics.
