Library Facilities

The school has a well-stacked open shelf computerized Library. The library has a plethora of books on all subjects with a separate reference section for the students of Classes IX, X and audio-visual aids. The School also subscribes to numerous journals and magazines for extensive reading.

SMART CLASS

Smart class, a comprehensive solution designed to provide teachers with an instant access to multimedia content and instruction material mapped exactly to the specific curriculum guidelines for use in class. Every class room right from Pre Nur. to class XII is a smart class room empowered by Extramarks software modules. The students & teachers use the systems for regular school activities like learning, assessments, projects and problem solving. It also simplifies the problems of teaching abstract curriculum concepts that are difficult for students to visualize or relate to through the provision of three dimensional, interactive multimedia modules. The well designed modules allow a student to visualize the concepts much better than static images or oral instruction and hence improve learning greatly. Activity Hall is also equipped with Interactive Board, LCD projector, Sound System, and Plasma TV with an uninterrupted power supply and internet make learning an enjoyable experience.

MATH LAB

A Mathematics lab has been set up in order to make Maths a joyful and interesting subject. The lab equipped with material needed to help the students in learning the concepts through meaningful and relevant activities which eventually help to develop appreciation for Mathematics.

COMPUTER LAB

MLPS has two- well equipped Computer Labs with 3D i3 computers in each. The ratio of two students per computer is maintained. All the computers are multimedia equipped. The software available to the students includes Paintbrush, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basis, C++, Java, My SQL, MS-Access. CDs on different subjects are used to make the learning process more effective and enjoyable. AI lab is equiped with python and internet facility.

LANGUAGE LAB

Language lab is a network based teaching software. This system helps the teacher to control, monitor, broadcast and assist the students in learning and acquiring correct standards of English. Language lab is used extensively adding fun and bringing efficiency in the language ability of the students. There are hundreds of modules being run to enhance Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing skills.

MUSIC ROOM

A serene place to play the various instruments & practice vocal music as well.

SPORTS

Education is the potent force to bring about desirable changes in the human behavior and physical education helps to achieve this goal. At Mukand Lal Public School due emphasis is laid on regular exercise and physical fitness. Both Yoga and Modern Games are given due credit. Evening games and activities are organized on a regular basis for 3 hours from 4.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m in the school premises and in the Morning from 6.45 to 7.30 a.m under the supervision of well trained instructors & coaches.
