Our Science Lab

The School has well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Students are encouraged to use these laboratories to learn through experiments. Every year latest instruments, specimens, charts etc. are purchased for these laboratories. The science learning goals of laboratory experiences include enhancing mastery of science subject matter developing scientific reasoning abilities, increasing understanding of the nature of science, cultivting interest in science and science learning and improving teamwork abilities. Our Computer Lab

The School has state-of-art computer lab to cater to students at Junior, Middle and Senior School levels so that every student can keep abreast wit IT enhanced learning programs. They gain proficiency and dexterity in current technology with optimized supportive infrastructure with the latest hardware and software and a team of extremely competent staff. The school is committed to a progressive and evolving approach to ensure that our students have the advantage of being familiar with up to date technology advances in IT based educational initiatives. There is a wide platform for our children to not only explore IT frontiers as a subject, but to ingeniously explore and make forays into IT supported art medium in the field of designing, photography.

English Language Laboratory

In the changing scenario of the dynamic world. It has become imperative for all the educational institutions to cater to the need of the students in particular and society in general. Learning English Language- that has attained the status of international language- can provide a solution to combat the intricacies of this dynamic world successfully. Retaining its pioneering spirit, Minto Circle Senior Secondary School has taken a lead in this direction by setting up English Language Lab. It aims at facilitating the learning of second language and hone the fundamental skills of English language i.e. listening and speaking of the students. Equipped with the modern gadgets of latest technology like Teacher and Student Consoles, Headphones, Audio-Visual Aids etc.; language laboratory exposes the students to the second language and provide them various opportunities to speak, comprehend and internalize English Language like its native speakers; The emphasis is laid on learning pronunciation, stress patterns, intonation and accent to endow students with such accomplishment as would augment their oratorical skills and confidence to confront interviews and group discussions for various jobs and higher studies which would consequently lead to amelioration of their prospects for better placements and open up new vistas for them in the country and abroad.

Our School Library

The school library provides a well coming learning environment to the students and the staff, supports schools aims and curriculum and encourages love for reading and the development of students independent learning skills. It is an integral part of the school community that plays a key role in the cultural and social life of the school. It provides information and ideas that are fundamental to function successfully in today's information and knowledge-based society in a digital world; it is needed more than ever.

The School Auditorium

We have a prodigious School Auditorium with capacity of 500 candidates. It is equipped with luminescent lights, good acoustics, audio visuals aids such as microphones, audio/ video recording, video playback, projector, head sets, video tripod etc. School Conducts Large Scale Events. Our school promotes new avenues for the all-round development of the students. An important and critical feature of our school’s facilities is the auditorium. This grand hall has been the Centre stage for a number of our students who have proved their mettle in dramatics, debates, musicals and other talent shows. The auditorium has seen hundreds of students showcase their finest talents. To keep up with the increasing number of large scale events, we have recently renovated our auditorium making it grander and even bigger in size. As a central and vital space, our school is indeed fortunate to have such a splendid auditorium. We have held award ceremonies, lectures by personalities of varied industries, one-act plays, music and theatre shows, orchestra-concerts, and exhilarating programs that encourage teamwork and pride among students.

TRANSPORT

We have a fleet of 10 buses, which is handled by highly trained drivers. The need for safe passage of each child to school and back home is of paramount importance to us. To ensure safe travel the school has its own fleet of school buses designed as per standards and manned by trained drivers and personnel sensitized to the needs of small children. For supervision and monitoring a transport attendant is on board throughout the journey. Mobile phones have been provided in each bus that ensures in case of emergencies. Besides ensuring the implementation of the safety norms, all staff on the bus is well trained in first aid and emergency management.
