Online Admission Process :

1. Download the PDF Admission Form

There are two kinds of Admission Forms: Kindergarten, 1-10th Grade. Download the appropriate and required Admission Form.

2. Fill the Downloaded Admission Form

Take a print out of the Admission Form in A4 size paper. Fill in all the required fields in the Admission Form with ball point pen only without any errors and mistakes. Only a completely filled form will be considered for Admission. An incomplete Admission Form will be rejected.

3. Submission of the Admission Form

You can either submit the duly filled and signed form along with the required documents by email (mps2admission@gmail.com) or directly in the school office. An amount of Rs. 500/- will have to be paid either through any online payment methods to the School Bank Account or in the school office without which the Submission of Admission Form Process will be considered incomplete. The Admission Kit will be served at the school office. 

NB: The Admission Form Fee is non refundable.

4. Confirmation of Admission

The school administration has the complete authority either to approve or reject an admission. Admission is considered confirmed only after the initial payment is made at the school office.  Mere submission of Admission Form or payment is Application Fee cannot taken as the confirmation for admission.
