Our History

A new Educational Program called X-Seed has been introduced from last year in classes IV to VII. This has a fully activity based curriculum that gives emphasis on learning by doing which builds strong foundation of concepts and strengthens communication and expression in all kind of learners. This curriculum actively involves family & community in learning and enables regular monitoring of a student’s progress and needs. It uses experimental and research based methods to ensure that ALL children understand ALL concepts at school.We had formally announced the launching of SRP – School Resource Planning Software by KAG Technologies, Chennai, on 14 August 2010 in the Presence Sri. K. T. SANKARAN, Hon’ble Judge, High Court, Kerala. This software is designed in such a way, that the parents can view any kind of reports, about their kids, any time, from any part of the world. Parent’s will be able to log in to the school’s website and would be able to know all details of their child regarding academic and non-academic performance, discipline, achievements in sports & co-curricular activities, Marks of terminal exams etc.

M.E.S. School, Pattambi has been at the top most position in the M.E.S. State Arts & Cultural Fest and Sports Meet for the past years and we have been working hard to maintain it. Our students have also shown their talent and ability in the CBSE cultural & Sports Meet.In the year 2011 (November 10 to 13) we had the privilege of hosting the 17th Kerala State CBSE Youth Festival 2011-12 and we received the award for Excellence in Conducting the CBSE Fest 2011-12 from Dr. Daggubati Purandeswari, Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Higher Education), Government of India.In the year 2012 we received the First National School Sanitation Award from Dr. M M Pallam Raju, Union Minister of Human Resource Development in the presence of Shri K. Srikkanth, Former Captain of the Indian Cricket Team & the Event Brand Ambassador,Shri R. Bhattacharya , Secretary, School Education & Literacy MHRD and Mr. Stephan Helming,
