Maria Nursery & Primary School strongly believes that each child of God has been blessed with the same unique talent. It's up to the school to extract and show the world of what each child is capable of. We believe this and fine tune each child to face this challenging world.

​School History

Every person has a vision and it's a vision which enlightens the world.
Maria Nursery & Primary School was born on 18th April 2004. A vision of our Founder, Mrs. Hilda Francis  has turned into reality on this day, when Rev. Fr. V. Chinnappan inaugurated our school. Now the school is sixteen years old.

​Founder

Our Founder, Mrs. Hilda Francis was born on 18th August 1929 at Bangalore. She did her schooling in Coimbatore and later moved to Cochin where she completed her studies. Inspired by her teachers, she secured 10th Rank in Madras Province. She was the only person   in her school to secure rank and her distinction is still recorded in the British Gazette.

​Correspondent

Our Correspondent, Mr. F.John was born on 4th  February 1951 at Vellore. He did his schooling at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Madurai and Post Graduation at Madura College, Madurai. On completion of Post Graduation, he joined Indian Overseas Bank in October 1974.  He is a Retired Bank Manager.
