At MBIS, which is an Mainadevi Bajaj International School follows the Cambridge Primary Programme (CPP) and encompasses Grades 1 to 5. We believe that being able to talk, read, and write literature along with a solid understanding of functional mathematics in the primary section is essential. Our desire for Academics+ in the primary section includes high expectations of both the appreciation and achievement in art, music, drama and sport. The integration of assessment with teaching and learning in literacy and numeracy, in particular, is well developed by the teachers of MBIS. The students’ learning experience is well-targeted, suitably challenging, and achievable that provides all the children with a sense of accomplishment that they require at a young age. The international primary school has a dynamic environment, bringing together students from different backgrounds with various abilities while opening up numerous opportunities for them all. Our faculty here in this international primary school plans the implementation of creative and innovative teaching strategies in order to meet the students’ individual needs and use various approaches to inspire the classroom. The CPP curriculum framework fosters the development of knowledge, skills, and conceptual understanding through inquiry into 6 trans-disciplinary themes.
At MBIS, we offer the Cambridge Lower Secondary for Grades 6 to 8 which is typically for children aged 11 to 14 years. The goal is to develop skills and understanding in English, Mathematics, and Science for the first three years of secondary education. It combines a world-class curriculum with high-quality support from teachers and their integrated assessment. MBIS believes that the middle years are extremely crucial as they are the stepping stones to bigger challenges. During these three years, we guide students to become independent learners and develop their critical thinking skills.
A wide range of study and research skills are introduced to them so that they are geared up for IGCSE and further education.
