"Kendriya Vidyalaya Gail Jhabua " was established in the year 1994 and was shifted to its permanent structure in 2000 in a sprawling campus of 5 acres in the Gail campus, popularly known as Gail India Township under the patronage of Gas Authority of India Limited which is a Public Sector undertaking under the Ministry of Petroleum And Natural Gas, set up by the Government of India to act as a nodal agency fro transportation and utilization of Natural Gas. The Kendriya Vidyalayas are run by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body formed by the Ministry of Education, (H.R.D.) Govt.
