DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Application form (signed by both parents).

2. Health report of the child signed by his regular medical practitioner.

3. Self attested copy of ADHAAR CARD of your ward.

4. Original transfer certificate from the school last attended.

5. Photocopy of the birth certificate attested by an appropriate authority.

6. Four(4) passport size photographs of the student.

7. Two(2) passport size photographs each of both parents.

8. A photocopy of the student's mark sheet from the previous school(self attested).

Age Requirement : At the time of admission in class Montessori-I, the age of the child on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought should be 3+ years.
