ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission to school is open to all from pre Nursery onwards upto fifth standard irrespective of cast, creed or religion. The Principal reserves the right to declare the class in which the child is to be admitted. Admission is on merit as seats are limited. Admission test will be taken for all classes but for Pre-Nursery to class II. Admission to these classes will be through observation and interaction. Both the parents should be present at the time of admission.

Based on the admission test and other criteria ,the school reserves the right to admit students, who are found to be fit for the admission. In all the matters related to admission, the management’decision shall be final.

Five Steps to Admission:-

Registration: Pull out the Registration form attached to the last page of this prospectus. Fill it carefully, legibly and correctly and return it to the school office by the notified date.

Attach Originals: As well as their photocopies (Except for Birth and Transfer Certificates, school office will return originals after attestation, if requested.) Important documents:

Birth Certificate. No affidavits will be accepted.

Transfer Certificate of the school last attended.

Report Card (showing detailed marks/ grades.

Character Certificate (for classes IX to XII.)

Migration Certificate (for Non CBSE School boards).

Admission Test: Candidates seeking admission to any class between III to X will have to sit for an entrance test in English, Hindi, and Maths. Candidates seeking admission to class XI will be tested according to the subject stream opted for. School reserve the right to test the child in other subjects too if the need is felt. Tests will be conducted on Friday from 9.30 a.m.to 1.30p.m., for sitting in the test, registration receipt has to be shown and to be brought along with.

Test Result: Admission test result are put up on the school notice board on a specified date and time. No postal or telephonic information in this regard may be accepted.

Fee Payment: Parents or guardians of selected candidates should collect fee books from the school office, make payment by the due date and submit copy of the fee receipt to the office as proof of payment.

Failing this, the admission will automatically stand cancelled.
