About Our School

In the year 1991 a humble effort was made to open an English Medium School under the name and style Guru Teg Bahadur Academy, Tinsukia, to impart high standard of school education to the children of theTov't!' irrespective of caste and creed, religion or community based upon the noble Teachings of our 9rh Guru, Guru Teg Bahadur Sahibji, who made the supreme sacrifice of his life for the cause of the poor and the downtrodden people of our country. Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib was the ninth Guru in succession to Guru Nanak Sahib.
