Activities

The school curriculum itself consists of all forms of academic and extra curricular activities, for example- Quiz, Essay Writing, Dancing, Singing, Craft-work, and Sports. In addition to it, the students are made to participate in the ‘Prabhat Pheri’ on the occasions of the Independence Day and the Republic Day. They are mandated to conduct the morning assembly all by themselves which includes ‘Thought of the day’, News, Speeches and poems. On the occasions of festivals like Holi, Diwali, Eid-ul-Fitr, Christmas, the students are encouraged to participate in the fancy dress competitions, Rangoli-making competition, drama competition among other such events. The ‘Science Exhibition’ conducted every year on 14th November is another stimulating exercise for the students whereby they make scientific models and represent their ideas. The Annual Sports Day is conducted in the month of December where the students participate in an intra-school competition of Athletics. The students also participate in the District level Scholarship Competition, Cultural and Parade Competition on the Independence Day and the Republic Day and the Inter-School Cricket Competition.

CO- CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

We encourage students to participate in co curricular activities in order to bring out their talent and train them in the specific activity. This is carried out through inter house competitions held every Thursday of the week.

GAMES AND SPORTS

To supplement the physical education and sporting spirit in students, Our school provides for indoor and outdoor sports. Students are encouraged to take part in various sports and sports competitions are organized in school in various games like Badminton, volleyball, athletics, carom, basketball etc.

HOBBY CLUBS

Students can be a member of the hobby clubs of their interest. Guest lectures and interaction with the experts are carried out in the following hobby clubs like Eco club, Music club, Dramatics, Fine arts, Clay modeling, Yoga, Craft, Games and sports
