Our Aim

The aim of the institution is to impart holistic education (religious, moral, psychological, social, intellectual and physical). Ample opportunities are provided to the students through various activities like house system, competitions, games and sports, exposure to programmes outside the school, computer education, leadership training, motivational talks, scouts and guides, experience of team work. Special attention is given to ensure profound morality, discipline and character formation in the school.

Our Vision

The School Logo reflects the vision of the School. The picture of mountainous range represents the Land of Rising Sun – Arunachal Pradesh where Don Bosco School, Itanagar is located. The sun and its rays stand for virtues and the open book stands for knowledge. The interwoven olive branches are emblematic of the success reserved for a virtuous person seeking knowledge and wisdom wholeheartedly. The school aims to inculcate virtues in the students through the educational methods of Don Bosco.

Our Mission

The soul vision of Don Bosco, the father and friend of youth was to make youth socially committed, intellectually sharp, morally upright, psychologically balanced spiritually and physically strong citizens. We the followers of Don Bosco at Don Bosco School, Jollang, Itanagar are trying all-out effort to make this vision of the founder a reality today. It is my earnest prayer and wish that everyone in this institution live up to the vision of Don Bosco. Let this website be a medium of fostering and transmitting the legacy of Don Bosco.
