Infrastructure

The school started with a handful of students in a small building established by residents of Dhudial (Pakistan) in the heart of princely city, Patiala under the name of Dhudial Khalsa School, but in due course of time, the school has well developed and fascinating building growing into a vibrant institution with a capacity of 750 students. The building comprises of 28 fully furnished well lighted and ventilated classrooms, two well equipped science laboratories, two computer labs, Music room, one smart class room, well stocked library with about 5000 books on its shelves to meet the requirements of the staff and students and provide excellent reading facility. The school also subscribes to important magazines and Newspapers. A very well equipped ultramodern language lab is available to make the poor students proficient in languages particularly in speaking and listening skills. The school believes in providing maximum facilities to the students. Generator, water coolers, smart class rooms and water purifiers have been installed by the school management. All the members of managing committee are always ready to extend their help at the time of need.

Apart from the academics, games & sports are an indispensable part of our curriculum. Our students play various games like football, volleyball, hockey, weight-lifting, Judo, Basket ball, racing etc. The zonal, district, state, national, & even at international levels. During the last years, our students brought laurels to the school in various events:- Hockey Our famous hockey players Deepak Thakur & Prabhjot Singh represented India in Olympic games. Our Hockey team brought fame to the school by winning second prize in Mini Olympics (Qila Raipur) In 1998 & 2008, Hockey team of the school won the Nehru Hockey Cup twice and brought name and fame to the school at national level. Our School Hockey team bagged third position in 57th National School Games of School Game Federation of India. Our hockey players won the gold medals in Under-17 Hockey Team in 61st & 62nd Punjab School games respectively. Our Hockey Girl players Priyanka Rani and Aarti bagged 2nd, Position (U-17) in School National Hockey Tournament - 2018. Deepali bagged 4th. position (U-17) Junior National Hockey tournament-2018 Our hockey boy players Krishna Kumar and Ravi Kumar won Gold Medals in Asia Hockey Cup held at Dhaka, Bangladesh. U-17 Hockey Team in 61st & 62nd Punjab School games respectively. Our girl hockey team became Champion-2019 and won Gold Medal 65th. Punjab State Hockey Tournament 2019 (U-17). Judo Our eminent Judo player Veer Bhan Hooda represented our school in South Asian Judo Championship held in Kathmandu, Nepal and won the gold medal there and rose the name of the school at the international level. Our Judo player Arun Atwal brought fame to us by bagging 1st position in Pb.School Games & 2nd position in National School Games. Our student Sachin bagged second position in School National Games in School national games held in Delhi. Our players Mandeep Singh and Satnam Singh became Champion-2018 in Asian Fencing Championship held at Bekah, Thailand. Wushu Our wushu Player Akashdeep Singh won first prize in the Asian Championship. IN the School National Games, our student Kushal Kumar bagged first prize and Charanjit S.won the second prize. Fencing Some eminent players of our schools Mandeep Singh, Manveer Singh, Karamveer Singh, Satnam Singh &Abhishek have been winning gold medals in Fencing in School National Games for the past five years consecutively. Boxing Kuldeep Singh brought fame to the school by bagging second prize in Boxing in School National Games. Tai-Kwando Rohit Rana of our school won 1st prize in Tai-kwando & second prize in school National Games. Wrestling Amrinder S. bagged second prize and Imran Bittu Singh won third prize in Punjab School Games. Athletics In Punjab School Games, Lovepreet Singh & Rajanpreet Singh won second & third prize respectively.
