 Physical Education & Sports – An integral part of our curriculum

A dynamic Interscholastic Athletic Program is vital for the educational and social development of students. The Carpe Diem athletic program provides an environment where students develop sports skills, physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect for others that will prepare them for success in their adult life. As team members, students are encouraged to face challenges, strive for excellence, and become leaders.

Every effort is made to support the athletic program with the best facilities, uniforms, equipment, and with the most qualified coaching staff available. Coaches provide a sound, positive philosophy taught in a safe and healthy environment. The children are coached by our experienced and well-qualified sports faculty. A structured sports timetable strikes the right balance between sports and academics. Evening Sports Academies are also run to help children excel in a particular sport of their choice. Inter- House matches are slated to be organized regularly to increase the confidence of the players.

These lay the foundation for the development of all-around personality, which is an invaluable asset in today’s world. Games and Sports teach us tolerance, team spirit, sportsmanship, and patience. To achieve this aim, sports are made an integral part of the curriculum. Carpe Diem has a sufficient number of playfields for all major games.
