Objectives

This temple of learning is an island of refuge and rehabilitation in an ocean of crisis, highlighting the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of our great nation. We consider Education as an ongoing process from birth to death aimed at the pursuit of TRUTH GOODNESS AND BEAUTY. Bishop Moore Vidyapith aims at activity of thought, respectfulness to beauty and human feeling’. Motivation is given to self reliance and dignity of labour.

MISSION STATEMENT

Bishop Moore Vidyapith, Kayamkulam is synonymous with a long history of toil and achievements from its very inception in 1995 to a meaningful present striving from strength, undeterred by hardships and obstacles, ever abiding by its motto ‘ In pursuit of Truth, Goodness and Beauty’. We, at BMVK, endeavour to empower and transform young minds into fullness of life by imparting quality education emphasizing on holistic development for a just and human society.

VISION STATEMENT

Named after Edward Alfred Livingstone Moore, the fourth Anglican Bishop of the erstwhile diocese of Travancore and Cochin, Bishop Moore Vidyapith, Kayamkulam is a minority institution managed by the CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese. As a house of value based learning, we are constantly endeavoring to be a centre of quality education keeping in mind the now cosmopolitan crowd of the city. We take upon ourselves the responsibility of nurturing our students to be moral and just global citizens.
