ADMISSION RULES

REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY PRIOR TO ADMISSION. However, Registration is not a guarantee for admission.
Nursery is the entry class of the school. A child seeking admission to Nursery must have attained the age of 3 years on 31st March.
Admission to classes LKG - VIII will be subject to the availability of vacant seats.
The student desiring admission in 1st to 8th are exempted from aptitude Test.
For other classes’ also mid-term admissions are not considered except in transfer cases, subject to the availability of seats.
It is the responsibility of the parents to collect requisite information pertaining to admission fee and complete the admission related formalities by the stipulated date.
It is mandatory to submit Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of the Municipal Committee of the concerned place of birth for admission to Nursery.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject the admission.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues.

11. The admission is provisional and can be cancelled any time during the session on any of the following grounds:

Serious acts of indiscipline/indulgence in any unlawful activity
Misbehavior with fellow students or teachers
Regular default in payment of school dues
Submission of wrong or misleading facts/fake certificates at the time of admission
Cheating in examinations
Violation of rules and regulations of the school

The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year or towards sibling’s fee.
Advance fees may be deposited.

A. SCHOOL TRANSPORT

Transport facility is available on existing routes only.
Those who wish to avail the school transport facility should submit one stamp size photograph at the time of admission.
The student using school transport has to carry his / her SCHOOL BUS PASS which can be checked any time.

B. OWN VEHICLE

Those who come to school by their own vehicle have to submit a photocopy of their driving license in the school office at the time of admission
The school is not responsible for the safety of students outside the school who come to school by their own vehicle or by a hired rickshaw / auto-rickshaw.
