However, by participating in sports, students not only gain an outlet to relieve that stress, but also to improve their mental health overall. Yoga and meditation are also included in the routine Our students are also constantly encouraged to participate in Inter – school sports and various other sporting events/competitions as it promote physical health during arguably the most important time of a young person’s life
