Science Lab

B.S.S.Central Public School science labs are a great place for students to learn science using practical experiments. This helps them to enhance their learning by complementing the theoretical aspects of science that are taught in classrooms. A well-designed science laboratory not only makes science experiments fun but also help students to achieve the desired academic results. B.S.S.Central Public School has well equipped laboratories separately for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Students are encouraged to use these laboratories to learn through experiments. Every year latest instruments, specimens, charts etc. are purchased for these laboratories.

Students can burrow books and take them home for further study. Apart of text books, students often need reference books to prepare notes. The mind of the students gets broadened and he commands better grasp over the subject. He starts to think in a new dimension altogether. Since the environment at the school library is peaceful, students can study at the library without any disturbances. Library is an appreciable place for studies and mental development. In schools, students are often given tasks to finish after school hours. A student can visit the school-library and finish those tasks. A student can develop his literary skills by reading rare books of literature. The academic magazines and periodicals keep the student aware of the latest development around the world. A library opens a world of wisdom for the student. A student can build his confidence by going through the books of his interest. Play Ground

The importance of Games and Sports in school encompasses more than just the benefit of Physical Activity. To Increase in Self-esteem and mental alertness among the students, Health and Physical Education(HPE) is necessary for school age child. It teaches the skills like teamwork, leadership, patience and so on.

Transport Facilites

Request for using bus must be made at the beginning i.e. April. Transport will be available taking into account the number of children from a particular area wishing to use the school bus facility.. Rates charged by the school will not be subject to any change and requests for the same will not be entertained. Transport fee is levied keeping budget and all overhead expenses in view and is the sole discretion of the management. It is mandatory for all parents who to avail the school transport for their wards, to fill up and deposit an indemnity bond, available at the school office. Students are expected to maintain discipline at all times while using school transport. Violence, shouting, distracting the driver, standing in the moving vehicle are strictly prohibited. Unruly behavior will lead to disciplinary action and may result in withdrawal of transport facility Bus Rules All students using the school bus are expected to be on the right side of the bus stop at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus. Buses will not wait for the late comers. Children are advised to stay away from the main road till the bus arrives. No student should come near the entry/exit door of the bus till it has come to a complete halt. All students must occupy vacant seats immediately after boarding their buses. The front door of the bus is the only authorised entry and exit to the bus. The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stops only. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change from time to time. When the bus is in motion, students must not move around in the bus and no part of their body should be outside the bus. Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus. Students will be held responsible for any damage to the bus caused by an act of negligence or vandalism by them. No student is allowed to eat in the bus. Unruly behaviour like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited. Courteous behaviour is desired and expected at all times. The driver's attention must not be distracted at any cost.
