Games, Sports and Co-Curricular Activities

At Spring Dales, emphasis is laid on developing the personality of the students. The co-curricular activities are designed to nurture their holistic growth. These activities encompass a wide range and include, among others, spray painting, clay-modelling, calligraphy, vegetable painting, needle-work, music, dance, gardening, salad decoration, cooking without fire, inter house sports activities. At the end of it all, the students will have developed a sense of aesthetics and a spirit of adventure and competition. They are better able to appreciate values such as humanity, compassion and cooperation

Sports Activities

Located in a relatively pollution free atmosphere the school is instrumental in developing students with an able mind and a healthy body.

The facilities available include spacious fields and playing courts for different games. The school provides training martial arts to the students to ensure their proper physical growth and all round development.

The school provides ample opportunities for the physical, mental and moral development of each child. For this purpose there is the house-system. The house system has been introduced in the school in order to develop the feeling of co-ordination, healthy competitive spirit, leadership, initiate self-restraint among the students and love for others. It provides opportunities of self-expression collectively.

For the proper functioning of the house system, each house is headed by a house incharge from the members of the staff and cultural and sports secretary from the students. The major responsibility lies on the students..
